2. What data we collect

This site has no contact forms and does not collect personal data directly. A few points are worth clarifying:

  • Reservations: bookings are made through an external platform (reserve.dish.co). That platform is responsible for handling the data you provide when booking (name, contact details, etc.), under its own privacy policy.
  • Language preference: we store your language choice in your browser's local storage (localStorage), to remember it on future visits. This stays on your device and is never sent to us.
  • Cookie consent: we also store, in your browser, whether you've responded to the cookie notice, so it isn't shown repeatedly.

3. Cookies and third-party services

  • Google Fonts: the fonts on this site are loaded from Google's servers, which may involve sharing your IP address with Google.
  • Google Maps: the "Reservations" section includes an embedded Google map, which may set its own cookies when you interact with it.
  • Instagram: we provide a link to our Instagram profile; visiting it is subject to Instagram/Meta's own privacy policy.

We do not use advertising cookies or analytics tools (such as Google Analytics) on this site.

4. Your rights

Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you have the right to access, correct, delete or object to the processing of your personal data. As we do not collect personal data directly through this site, these rights mainly apply to data provided through the reservation platform or through direct contact with us.
